I bought this to replace my original T5 bulbs in Redsea Max 130D it fits perfectly although less a a bit tight, even i was able to fit the original headlight cover with a small hole and that was it, the only problem was the power supply i had to unplug from the internal socket but it was ok for me to replace it with a modern led bulb to be replaced by a more expensive baluster

I believe if you swap the wires for the timer it will get white and blue light instead of greenish white and blue light. I wasn't able to dim the pure white light from my use. Having owned this flashlight for a few months I can say it gives enough light to hold soft corals. I bought this for my Zoa quarantine tank and so far they seem happy with it. I also have some candy cain (trumpet), a waving hand and xenia along with some caked frags and they sit perfectly at the bottom of a 29 gallon tank, I have this light. Anyway the colors of my tank are bright. With no timer there are 3 lighting modes. Morning/afternoon, noon and evening. For some reason, when you use the timer, you can only use noon and night. So a great lamp in terms of functionality. I lets you set a timer and the LED intensity on different channels and even has a sunrise and sunset option. However, if you lose power, the time will reset. In my recent experience, no other configurations have been lost.
