These are perfect for lifting large crab pots and tipping them up without burning your hands. We use them in our 60 liter shrimp pot. It takes two people to hold the pot and a third to properly tilt the pot. These hooks now also allow the two men lifting the pot to tip over, reducing potential messes and accidents with too many 'cooks in the kitchen'. I wish I had known about this and bought them sooner. Now brewing low-style Cajun just got a whole lot easier!
