I was suspicious of this product just because of the fantastic price! First I sent the information to my hairdresser. She said as long as it's titanium and heats up to 450 it looks good and might even get one as a backup. I was very surprised when it arrived. good wide cooking surface. 2 ha=old back panel clips, a heat resistant glove (which I don't use) and a bag! WOW! It heats up almost immediately. 30 seconds max that's 450 and it straightens my hair very quickly. I bought a second one for my daughter who has very curly hair and it did the job in 5 minutes. I love this product!
