I ordered this to replace my wife's stock Honda transponder which after almost 10 years was beginning to fall apart. This item comes with all buttons and a transparent rubber gasket (as shown in the picture), but you need to take the integrated circuit board (green computer circuit board) and battery from your existing remote control. The exchange was relatively easy and everything fits perfectly. This case definitely feels lighter (cheaper) and the buttons are a bit harder to press than the original OEM case, but that might be because they're brand new so it might get easier over time.
