This is bullshit. Complete garbage. I'll categorize it as follows: Print Quality: Leaves a lot to be desired. Photos are not clear. Color matching in fine detail goes far, leaving magenta ghosting on almost anything, even after repeated roller cleaning and ribbon changes. Ease of Use - Software: The Bodno software license key is randomly deactivated, so your software license is deactivated during use. The only way to restore the full version is to reset the key in settings and then restart the program. From now on you have about 2 minutes to finish your project and print it out before it happens again. It was so cumbersome that I stopped using the software and started typing straight from Acrobat. Ease of use - Printer: The printer loses communication and has to be unplugged and plugged back in after each print job. The obvious solution would be to send multiple pages at once, but the PRINTER JAMS WITHOUT ERROR ON ANY OTHER CARD YOU PRINT. The red light comes on. You have to open the printer, waste ribbon on an entire card, and awkwardly remove the jammed card. This happens regardless of how thoroughly you clean the rollers after each use. You LOSE 3-4 times as many cards as you successfully print. Plan accordingly. And of course tapes aren't cheap either. So while this set says it has enough materials to craft 100 badges, you'll end up with around 30-35 usable ones if you're lucky. I regret this purchase. Do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks more.
