Review on Dorman 973 411 Blower Motor Resistor by Aaron Stewart

I installed this on my Ford Ranger with a new fan motor. I replaced the wiring harness, resistor and fan motor which brought a few days of relief in hot July. Then one day I stopped at the store and when I came back nothing was working. I've been going through this reversal of these 3 parts since spring of this year. Everyone says to change them all together, and I was convinced that's true! I bought a new Motor Craft fan with wheel in case I did something wrong. and a new Motor Craft resistor and connector! So far everything is working like clockwork, so I hope it lasts a long time. This part and motor fail a few days out of warranty because I've had so little time to work on it this summer.
