No answers yet! This product has very poor instructions in all languages except English. It is not readable in any of the languages as the font is small. The drawings do not fully explain how adjustments must be made for this product to function properly. I was handed over to several employees. I fixed it to the wall (not easy) but the arm doesn't work even after a single adjustment, which is reasonably understandable. It still doesn't work as advertised. The videos are very bad because they also don't explain the wrench settings and play fast? I'm asking for a photo of real adjustments and an explanation of what those adjustments should do. Are you turning those screws 4 or 5 times or until you can't turn any further? Will my arm and monitor fall off if I rotate it too far? I will provide an update soon as I am expecting help from this company within the next 48 hours. This is my update! This product may have worked years ago, but don't waste your money now. I have to hire a person to remove this as the screws in the wall are tightened as instructed.
