I like that they offer several different packages for service, as well as various plans to suit your needs! Their customer support is excellent; no matter what you need from them or how long it may take (sometimes weeks), their staff always responds quickly with an accurate answer. They are very reliable when working closely with my business - even if we have time conflicts during regular hours of operation, there's never any problem getting our schedules together at short notice. There really isn't anything bad about this product so far- other than maybe its price point being a little bit higher than some others out now? We haven't noticed much difference between using Intelecom vs. another provider yet, but all three work just fine for us right now. Our small office has been able to keep up pretty good without having someone dedicated fulltime while also maintaining our customers' satisfaction by answering incoming calls/emails promptly and easily tracking down answers to questions they've had over.
