Strange placement of support

I can't understand the positive reviews. These inserts are configured terribly. There is a support down the middle that ends up under the ball of the foot causing almost immediate discomfort. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Super comfy. Bought for some cheapish boots I got and they made it feel amazing!
