I'm in Naples Florida. I have read and received dozens of messages about this and other similar products. One review said to skip the cheapest and invest in Oshang. I did and my first reaction is very positive. After vacuuming, I used it to clean solid maple wood floors upstairs and thinner wood floors downstairs. It worked great. The owners of this and other similar mops confirmed one of my complaints: dipping and pulling the mop head doesn't clean the entire head. The tank needs to be an inch deeper, or you need to fill it just above the mark shown, OR the squeegee head needs to be inserted both ways. It can only be folded in one direction for insertion into the tank. Maybe over time they will make one with three separate tanks. Wet dirt tank, wet detergent tank and drying tank. Of course that costs more. The mop pads seem good enough so I have already ordered and received two extra pads. After completing the interior floors, I proceeded to the screened-in exterior deck. There was a lot of soot and ash on these decks due to a recent forest fire east of us. The mop worked well enough to turn the water completely black. I suspect a second round will be required. Also, I used it in a single slider window and it worked great. All I needed was a good window cleaning mop and a small, dry washcloth to give the window a perfect clean. I will be redoing all my sliders this week as we have had rain for the past two days. although it helps with fires. Finally, I've used it internally on some of our screens and it seems to do a pretty good job with them, but take the time to keep your head flat. I need to see if I can get to the top screens from the stairs. I will reinstall the third handle segment that I removed for the floors. At full length, the handle would be big enough for LeBron James to wipe the floor.
