The support team has been very helpful in working with us to make sure that we are using their product correctly for our purposes! Our ability now can track all of my jobs from one place which makes it easier than ever before when trying do manage them myself at this time was overwhelming due too many things going through each day or week! The ease of use, the ease of integration with our ERP and the ability to customize the user interface to our needs. The fact that we can use the same interface for both the sales team and the production team. The integration with our ERP is a bit outdated, but we are working on that. The support is excellent. The price is fair. There is nothing I dislike. I would like to see more options for the production of custom parts. We have been able to use the same interface for the sales and production team.
