I've had this for a few years now. Nothing compares to cleaning sinks and bathtubs. There's no need to remove the siphon on your vanity or kitchen sink (unless you get past the drain filter, of course). Laying a drain for a shower or bath is very easy. It maneuvers easily through tight turns and small pipes. I love that it's fully enclosed so you can just put it up anywhere while you work. I used to have a wired version of this Ridgid snake. The drum on it was spinning, so you had to hold it all the time, and it got heavy quickly. It takes about 5 minutes to learn how to use the cable forward and cable lock mechanism (even now if I haven't used it for a while I forget for a second which mode moves the cable forward and which mode locks it down). Battery life is excellent, as is durability. But if this machine ever breaks, I will replace it immediately.
