****updated*** After a week of researching and playing around with the unit I decided to return the unit. I've tried both a 2004 Chevy Impala and a 2002 GMC Envoy and the unit just doesn't do what is advertised. No ABS data, no transmission data and no way to do the same. I've tried the simple oil gauge and TPM sensor gauge reset functions and none will reset the system, despite the description clearly saying so. Firmware updated and still nothing. I wouldn't recommend it for the price. I have a small orange Autozone OBD 2 scanner and can do everything it can do except scan the vin with it. Original post: I bought this unit to fix a few different issues and clean the TPM sensor and oil sensor on a 2004 Chevrolet Impala. I am very disappointed that when trying to clear the codes it says the vehicle is not supported. When attempting to reset the oil life code, you have two choices. Reset system or manually. The manual tells you how to do it through the stereo, apparently I don't have one, and the system reset says the action is complete, but the light in the middle of the engine oil change warnings keeps flashing. The ABS system has intermittent problems on the Impala which I believe are related to the wheel speed sensor, but the system does not read the advertised ABS system. I have a warning light on my dashboard. Therefore, troubleshooting the Impala makes no sense. So I took it to my 2002 GMC Envoy Work Truck which has a bad shift solenoid as it was supposed to read gear data and nothing. Very disappointed. I think I'll do some more research tonight and bring it back if not.
