First of all, the customer service of this product is fantastic! I got them while I was pregnant and one of the blue caps didn't break (and I was too prepared for the birth, wanted to take her to the hospital) so I emailed them and they got a response very quickly receive. I didn't have to say much and she said a new set would be sent out immediately and that was it! But not only that. She sent me 2 more blue cases (not just 1) and a set of "milk savers" which turned out to be the best in the world! I wore them and trapped my frustration in them instead of wasting so many VERY IMPORTANT ounces a day! I was very happy and grateful! Back to the product. These nursing pads were great too. They're great for warming up and help with pumping (I've found myself having more with them) and they're great for cooling down pain. Not to mention they can be used for ice packs later! The only thing I have to say about this, if I remember correctly, was that I had to microwave them longer than stated, but I managed it in about 5 seconds. Steps to make sure I don't break them and they still work great!
