The machine is well made, beautiful and reliable, easy to use and clean. Not as loud as a stand mixer. That's why I chose it. Also in the instruction manual are some recipes for you. I baked a bread and it was delicious! DO NOT expect a bread maker to bake a nice cake like a toaster does. Warning: the unit of measure shows "g" and not the same as the manual "pound".
