It is very easy for our customer service team members who can interact with customers from anywhere around world using live chat or email support system without any hassle of visiting their physical location at that time only! I like its most important feature i-e "LiveChat" which helps me manage my client's interaction easily through chatting option available online as well offline too by taking video call/audio calling via Google Talk etc., Also it gives facility if user wants he / she should be able check his ticket status anytime even when they are not there physically because this software provides them access remotely also so no need go near your desktop computer while you work hard just relax & enjoy working!!
