After buying two cans of 10 to replace COVID-19, I decided to open one. I'm glad I did, so glad I bought the bucket! I cooked the potatoes following the instructions in the review and my family loves them - no need to peel, grate, rinse fresh potatoes! Super handy - add enough water to cover the pieces and let sit for 20 minutes. A word of caution, they are salty, no salt needed in my opinion. My only complaint is the price.
