Cryorig CR-M2A Frostbit M2 Heatsink on WD Black SN850 on Gigabyte TRX40 Designare

We tested 14 heatsinks as requested by our YouTubers to help you save money. The two best so far are Acidalie 4 Pipe and Jeyi Aluminum FinsCold iGlacier8. I prefer acidalia. Tests on Gigabyte TRX40 Designare and Supermicro Dual M.2 NVMe adapters. Not scientific. We had to change the tests we started as "We tested" according to the questions and the heatsink size. We started looking for M.2 NVMe PCIe heatsinks for dual M.2 NVMe adapters and possibly quad M.2 NVMe adapters that didn't have heatsinks. We used a WD Black SN850 with a second generation PCIe 4.0 interface that delivers over 7000 MB/s per drive. We also tested 3 Quad M2 NVMe adapters from ASUS, ASRock and Gigabyte. All PCIe 4.0. Rates: 1. Acidalie 4-tube to double adapter = 48°C2. Jeyi Aluminum FinsCold iGlacier8 on motherboard = 48°C3. Cryorig CR-M2A Frostbit M2 heatsink on motherboard = 56°C All with standard thermal pads. To improve the results of a heatsink, replace the thermal pads! Hope that helps! Questions? Find us on YouTube - BuildOrBuy! By the way: This has to be built. Delivery in parts. assembly required.
