helps install dressing devices

The tool does what it promises: to keep dressing devices at a constant height when changing. The only complaint I have is that it has to sit against the backstop (magnets hold it to the tilt table) but positioning against the backstop makes access to the internal clamp screw difficult. I found that I had to tighten the middle and outer bolts and then remove the tool to get to the inner one.
