Review on Harmon Designs Sunken Pearls Switch by Brian Page

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very happy with this easy upgrade

Handyman with a 50 year old house. The previous owner had very sloppy drywall cuts on the rosettes. I could replace the whole wall ($$$) or patch up the bad bits and try texturing and repainting ($$) or just make big light switch covers to hide noticeable problems ($). These panels served their purpose at a reasonable price. They are a notable improvement over the builder's standard plastic panels. Strong metal, beautiful design. The white is a glossy white (carbon paper I think) so cleaning the mug is a must. I hand-tightened the screws, then used another reviewer's trick of putting tape around the tip of the screwdriver to avoid chipping the delicate paint on the screws, and it worked. Quick, easy installation and inexpensive solution that looks great!
