Excellent support. in my rating
I don't run much, but when I run I need good support. They appeared when I got rid of my severe back pain and wearing them helped my back. They are light but have good heel cushioning. The price is very good considering the reviews for this shoe. I would buy them again.

- The product is Best Buy midday of my book. Great running shoe at a bargain price.
Cons
- May not have enough padding for people with plantar fasciitis.
