Good for lightly sanding glass edges

Sanding Pad worked just as I needed it. I built a display case for a model ship I'm building. The case has 5 glasses 1/8 thick, they are very large. I had to shave about 2mm on each side of all 5 pieces of glass to fit in my display case. Using a glass cutting tool is not enough, so I had to use this pad to grind the glass. I will say that it took a lot of effort and about 20 hours of work, but the sanding block worked like I wanted it to, didn't fall apart and didn't lose its sanding power. Hope that helps.
