Worked well for 3 months then stopped, Attention! First update - Notified Kesnos product help about my faulty device, ran some tests and sent requested photos and it still shows as a faulty device. I have asked for a replacement, now have to wait and see if they live up to their 1 year warranty. Second Update - Product Help Kesnos offered me one of two options; The first option to bring or send the device to their service center at my expense is not the best option as I live 2000 miles from the center. Second option. If I leave positive feedback about Kesnos support and how well the failed device is working, they will contact the manager for a replacement. you gotta play me What is this guarantee, no 1 year guarantee, no guarantee at all!
