I very rarely give a product 5 stars, especially when I don't know how it will perform in the long term. This product was delivered promptly and installation was easy. Some comments mentioned that the installation was difficult as the screws in the gutter that attach the downspout to the gutter were sticking out. All you have to do is roll the product tighter before inserting it and it will stretch in place after you insert it. I don't see this product as if I'll never have to clean the gutter again, but being able to clean it every year or two will still save me time and money. For less than $20, there's not much to lose.
