OK, I liked them straight away. But I've waited a year to review them in case anything changes. Nothing has happened; They are great and I just ordered more. I'm always interested in dissenting reviews and am surprised. I'm 6'2 and 235 lbs and old (70). XL will fit me for sure and look good. But I'm all for comfort, so I voted 2X. They are not too long and do not fall from the waist. The sleeves were long (just above the wrist), so what? After about 15 washes they have shrunk a little (very little). This is flannel. Not heavy and not light - as I think they should be. There are no pockets, but why do pajamas have pockets? I liked the quality and tailoring. Very easy to fasten, large quality buttons, well sewn. Do not peel off when washing. I noticed that most of the complaints about oversize are written by women. I think they are the right size for boys.
