Review on Crucial MX300 1TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD - CT1050MX300SSD1: Affordable High Capacity Solid State Drive for Enhanced Storage Performance by Jason Flores

I had no problems installing this SSD (although I forgot to add a bracket to fit in a standard hard drive bay). It works as expected. My only complaint is with the Acronis True Image software that Crucial makes available for download. You will receive the 2015 version of True Image HD Build 4061. This software often causes problems for Windows 10 users based on my experience and the experience of others (which is easy to verify by googling the issue). My computer often froze and after installing this software I had to turn it off to get it working again. Uninstalling Acronis True Image solved this problem. If you have Windows 10, I recommend you NOT to install this software. I don't know why Crucial still offers this legacy software as a migration tool. This only leads to a hostile attitude towards their company and Acronis. Although I haven't tested this, I have noticed that Western Digital offers a newer version of this software; So if you have a WD drive on your system, this might be the best migration option for Windows 10 users.
