Installation was very difficult, nothing fit as it should have. I have a handle that came with a Jeld-Wen sliding glass door and the quality of this replacement doesn't even come close to the quality that Jeld-Wen uses in their products. The lock is difficult to turn when trying to fix it in the closed position. So we only lock the door when we know we won't be there. Having said that, I don't think this will deter anyone from actually attempting to hack it as I'm sure the metal will warp and break free from any force. . I would not recommend this product and just want to return it before I throw my original Jeld-Wen pen in the bin.
