My Element EX AWD '03 manual transmission had clocked up over 260,000 miles in Spring 2020 when the engine started making a rattling noise. I stopped riding it until I could deal with it. By the fall (I'm a PROcrastinator) when the noisy things were taken care of, the idle air control valve was stuck and the engine revved from idle at 1-2,000 rpm to 3000 rpm. I could NOT remove the bolts from the IAC, to clean it. Both were sheared off after weeks of kroil/heat/bumps etc. New OEM 16400PZDA11 Throttle Body (or 12 or 13) is 350+, this one was 70 so MUST try it. And it works! Yes, the throttle cable pulley is 38.5mm instead of my 41, and the IAC motor is not diode protected (compare the ohmmeter readings), and the throttle position sensor connector housing is cracked but may have been epoxy potted (poor packaging? ) . The supplied (!) gasket was of poor quality, I had to carefully move the two holes and cut open the outside and remove the dangling tongue (which was displaced anyway). The wiring harness bracket that came with it is for the Accord, but I flipped it over and attached the wiring harness to it. All that crap doesn't matter because it WORKS! I have other issues but I am happy with it and will buy again. However. I do not mind.
