It's a lot smaller than I thought it would be, but that's good. While it's plastic and definitely not weatherproof (wires are visible in the gaps), it does the job of concentrating the light in one part of the room. It's a very useful, not-so-pretty gadget, so I'd pretty much keep it in a utility room or garage space. I wouldn't use it on old high wattage bulbs as I would be concerned it would melt the cases. or for any type of outdoor use where it may be exposed to water; but for high efficiency lamps that are cooler it works great. A block of 3 bulbs seems like a nice spot, 4 and 5 just seem crazy unless you just need to polish one corner of the room for some reason.
