In short - in grinding, but you can live. - With all other programs, except prime, including any games - no problem, 5.0 GHz, for all cores - just on the way, and quite quietly. With its cons. - In principle, not loud, but could be a bit quieter. - For i9-9900k it is enough, in grinding. - We are not talking about any i9 overclocking with this cooler. Although, setting 5.0 for all cores - you will succeed, but only if you do NOT test it in prime. That is, in principle, it will work everywhere, at 5 GHz, except for prime. Cinebench R20, for example, with this cooler gave 5236 points.
