The mount was very good but the service was very poor
The mount is exactly what I needed and I would rate the mount 5 stars but there was a problem with the order and I still have to wait a month to fix the problem. The problem is still unresolved. I have tried calling and always get a message that they will be out of the office for a few days. I sent emails and got a reply saying they would call me. I've been waiting for a call for three weeks.
