I clean leather myself. And now it's time to replace my old sponge. This is a great little sponge and works perfectly. I can easily apply leather lubricant to my jackets. That is exactly what is needed. For the price this is a bargain. i will warn you Although the picture shows 2 sponges, you will only receive one. But that's understandable since it's so cheap. I recommend this not only to people with horse saddles, but to anyone who cleans other leather goods. Everything from jackets to hats and so on. Good product. UPDATE: Okay, here are some issues I've encountered since my original review. The goods are declared for 3 months. Not much depends on how often you use it. When I wrote the review in February I used the sponge on about three leather jackets. At that time the sponge was fine and I gave it 5 stars. Now downgrade to 2 stars. Here's why: About 3 weeks ago I received 30 orders for a leather jacket and vest combo that needed cleaning and oiling. On the 25th order, the sponge fell apart. When I last ordered the sponge was torn into pieces. It was quite difficult to complete the order, but I managed. However, orders took 25–30 longer than usual due to the crumbling sponge. That's why I returned money to customers and completed orders as soon as possible. After this incident I have to say that I will not be buying this brand of Tack Cleaning Sponge again. If this sponge falls apart after so few uses, it might not be as good as I initially thought. So to the Revain.com customer who found my initial review helpful: My sincerest apologies. This sponge should have lasted much longer. I hope you have not ordered this item as it is not as good as it should be. To anyone looking at tack cleaning sponges, if you plan on widespread use, which I'm assuming, avoid this brand. . Not worth the price plus shipping. Many Thanks.
