Bad product because of that.
Replacing the toilet handle takes about 3 minutes, not with this thing. 8" but it should be 1/2". I tried to submit it but still couldn't. Also, the bar is at an angle so you have to try to bend it to fit. Too much work for a simple detail and task. As for the price, you can say tear.
