My first two orders in Spring/Early Summer 2020 were fine - paper towels were white, usable, and had perforations for sheets. (see LH roll in photo) and I've used them around the house as a "last resort" for very disposable paper towels. This new batch (arrived August 18th) is rough, very thin and has no sheet perforations. It's just a long roll that needs to be grabbed and torn apart. I think they are made for a dispenser in a public toilet. Unfortunately my husband unpacked the entire batch and tore up the box so I can't return it. I don't know how to use all these rolls - too scratchy for my face or toilet paper, too brittle and unperforated to clean windows or even dry my hands! I feel like there was a bait and switch here.
