I'll start by saying that I'm a woman and bought it for me. I wanted a light, silk-free, long, regular robe to wear in warm weather. It was 2 for 1. I was very skeptical but this is exactly what I wanted! (If you don't care about the color it's random) I'm 5ft 6" and they fit mid/lower calf. I have L/XL which is a lot bigger than I thought. I usually order 2x women's robes and this is a lot more. I think this L/XL bathrobe for men is about 4X the size of women's size, if other women buy for themselves. I love them even though they are big. I can wrap them almost completely so there won't be accidental flashes when I'm taking out a newspaper or taking out the trash. And they have nice deep pockets. 100% recommend - just size down if you are a lady.
