This reel didn't impress me. The small diameter forces me to move like a caterpillar when trying to roll along my side to release the rotator cuff instead of creating a nice smooth rolling motion. This includes strong tension in the muscles, which I try to relax. Not good. It's also an awkward shape for curled areas of my back that I need to curl. I definitely appreciate the larger diameter reel. Too expensive for what it does IMHO. A plus point is that the material is pleasant to the touch and does not smell of chemicals at all. I really wanted to like it but this product didn't work for me at all.
