Disappointed with Aquarium Heaters & Chillers

Received on May 19th, installed in the aquarium on May 31st, of course the return line closed on June 18th and here we are on June 26th with a melted body. Clean the tank weekly. So it hasn't been 3 weeks yet. The button on the temperature control is also broken. So it was locked in one setting. Switches between Celsius and Fahrenheit for no reason.
