Review on πŸ”„ LotFancy 5 Inch 8 Hole Sanding Discs: 100PCS Assorted Professional Sandpaper for Hook and Loop Random Orbital Sander by Chris Horton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good price. Good grade. Good starter kit. GOOD!

I'm an amateur woodworker trying to become a pro. Model "Bauer" and externally identical model under the brand name "TACKLIFE"). In fact, I've never used 40, 60, or 800 grit grinding wheels on a power sander. * However, the 80 to 400 grit works well under load. Discs are reasonably clog resistant (I recommend having one of those "sandpaper eraser" blocks, usually yellow, even with "clog resistant" abrasives) and they seem to start sharper and stay sharper longer than the rough + cheap ones that come with mine mill were delivered . Perhaps there are even more efficient "premium" grinding wheels? But I won't know that soon. I'll probably buy the same 80-400 grit discs again because 70 of my most commonly used grit are cheaper than the competition for less than $25 (as of August 29, 2019). And I will continue to use the "leftovers" from 40's, 60's and 800's grinding wheels for the occasional hand sanding job. My only gripe *will* be that 220 and 240 grit are so close together in grit, but honestly I don't mind because it's the sand I use the most. So it's like getting 20 of one of my most used cereals instead of 10. All in all a great purchase for my Benediction Works projects and just great to have in the store.
