Fits well in the palm of your hand. My husband has a muscle disease and his hands are very weak but the ball rolls so easily that he can use it. It is easy to remove from its holder as well for the times you would like to warm it. We were recommended another brand at twice the price but were not satisfied with the reviews so we tried this one. So glad we did!
