Review on πŸ”§ 502 Precision PanaPress by PANAVISE by Victor Houser

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Pretty good but not great

Even after adjusting the adjustment screws the machine moved slightly, I had to add o. 05" washer under the front mounting bolts for the top of the shaft to allow the piston to hit the base at the correct 90 degree angle. In any case, it must be mounted on a solid base (e.g. a table or a steel plate) in order to be able to press the handle. For what it is (small press) it's fine. I don't need a 10 ton press to insert rollers into my 3D printed parts. If I didn't have spare spacers, I'd probably be upset that they weren't properly aligned. For a low power repair shop, it gets the job done perfectly. 2 shorter nylon screws are missing. I just went to the local hardware store and got them. I didn't think it made sense as it was probably an accident.
