I like that they have many other versions of their software too, so it's not just one size fits all. It also makes updating easy once you've signed up to use them (as opposed to having to send everything in an email). The customer support can be slow at times but overall my experience has been great! They are very responsive when there IS information available online about issues or questions we might have regarding our account/software; however sometimes it takes time before someone responds as well. We need more features added into this program because some things don't have any options within the system. This helps us track animals who come through our doors so we know where each individual comes from.
