First, I'm not a professional, just a skilled handyman. Second, I have a DeWalt miter saw. These little guys were VERY helpful. I hang ledges all over the house. They are metal and fit my miter saw perfectly. They keep the crown perfect and straight so I get the perfect cut every time. Of course I could lay the crown horizontally and make a bevel cut, but that makes the job a lot easier as you only have to adjust the bevel. You are making a crown and are easily confused like me, take these - they will definitely help.
