Easy Peasy 1,2,3 for computers and accessories

Great product at a great price. I bought an old mid-2007 iMac cheap off eBay so I could run some of my old hardware and apps that my new MacBook Pro couldn't. The factory installed RAM on my mid 2007 iMac was 1GB, which was the MSR (minimum system requirements). ) for the hardware and applications I use. I experienced a rather sluggish response time. So I did a little research on Apple's website to determine the compatible type of RAM upgrade and came across these beauties. I got several good reviews. There were bad ones too. I always look at the bad ones to see if they are defective or have some other unforeseen problem. But nothing seemed fishy to me, and other people with mid-2007 iMacs have reported good results. So I bought her. Delivery was fast. Luckily they arrived in working and undamaged condition (explained later). For me it was almost as easy as plugging in a new USB keyboard (almost). All you have to do is: 1. Turn off and unplug the device. 2. Locate and remove the access panel with a screwdriver. 3. Remove old RAM/replace new RAM4. Secure the access panel with a screwdriver5. Plug and twist! That's all". Literally. I will say that there is a relatively minor issue that may or may not affect anyone who buys them. The packaging it came in was "Looking for Trouble". These RAM chips are quite fragile and I don't think bubble wrap is the best way to protect them, they could easily break in transit, they didn't and I'm glad of that, but I assume they did could be the culprit behind some of the negative reviews. But I have nothing to worry about. I hope not for you either.
