Simply place on 2 3/4 inch thick plywood shelves, 2x4 foot utility cart for use in the garage for storage and as a cart when needed. These wheels are very easy to turn and roll on the cement floor. I just put my own weight of 145 pounds on it and drove it around the garage, very smooth ride. It comes with a set of nuts and bolts that go through 3/4" plywood and attach securely to the underside. I'm no hardware expert but they feel and compare closely to what's kept in a big box at a significant cost savings. Just bought another set of 4 to put in another DIY garage truck as the first one turned out so well.
