I bought my first pack of masala to store the spices I use in tea, golden milk and tea and was amazed at how much more fun and creative it is, 7 bio -Having spices on hand. I filled mine with cayenne pepper, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, Ceylon cinnamon, black pepper and turmeric. When my daughter saw this, she fell in love with the idea too, so I ordered a second one for her. It's not the season for soups and stews, but I'll buy one for each of us so we can do the same with the condiments. Small spoons are the finishing touch. It's far better to think about how much seasoning to add by looking than to guess by pouring an indefinite amount into the mix. You'll be surprised how much this changes when you're a creative chef.
