Excellent customer service
Does not hold a charge. Basically for it to be usable we have to keep in on the charger at all times and even then it only works for a few seconds. Useless. Have had it less than a month.Edit: after writing this review the company sent us two new lighters in order to remedy the problem. The second worked and appeared to be a new model that had a square body instead of round. The square model works great and holds a charge just fine!
- The lighter eliminates the need for fire, reducing the risk of accidents
- May not work well with certain types of ovens
