There are some minor issues, but they are not deal breakers. This chair is really comfortable for the price, and it is ideal for doing extended periods of work at the computer. I spent a considerable amount of time looking for a chair that was comparable to this one; however, other models lacked certain choices for altering the position, and I did not like the quality of the materials (with time, leather and cloth wear out, the chair's appearance deteriorates, and the chair itself becomes fairly rigid). The price of comparable models (made by international manufacturers) that have the same range of customization options is significantly higher.
