Excellent product. I use this as part of my silver polishing process.1. I use Micro Mesh sandpaper. I start with 1000 grit if the scratch is bad and work my way up to 12000.2. I use these felt pads for what I call "rough" polishing above 12000.3. I then use a 10 inch polishing pad with polishing paste to give it the finishing touch. I use silver polish to make it shine. I wouldn't recommend using them so exhaustively and ending your entire polishing method. I use them as part of a general process and they work well.
