They work fine as long as you don't lose control. The screw sticks out so much that if you slip even a little, the project you are working on will be destroyed and scratched with the tip of the screw

As the name suggests, a little overpriced for what you get. These are just disposable wheels that work well but don't last long. They tend to soften, get fluffy, and then they're almost done. And it only takes 5-10 minutes of polishing. Mine was a bit light on the biggest rims.

Not even close to the quantity shown in the photos. I received 21 large round wheels (27 not shown), ONE small wheel (not 64 as shown), 31 tapered wheels (not 42), and 9 mandrels. The quality is ok and I have used them successfully with my Dremel. They seem to hold up well, but I've only used them to polish smooth stainless steel, so haven't really tested them.

I was surprised by the quantity in this package. Feature: all wheels are different sizes; The metal rods to use them are a nice feature because I don't have to dig through my Dremel drawer to get an adapter for these polishing pads. I used it to polish a plastic model airplane and with light pressure it did an incredible job. I had to soften the wheel before use as it is new and hard. Good product and good value for money.

I received this package and it had a card asking them to rate their business and please give them 5 points in each category. I have made! The package came quickly and was exactly as I ordered. When I used them today, none of the parts worked. They didn't stick to the shaft and broke the second I tried to use them. This is pure rubbish! There's a reason they're so cheap! Take care of your mother and stay away from this company! It's garbage!

That sucks! They are made from cheaper felt mixed with cat hair. I do not know. Several long fibers are mixed into it. They break up and leave these long fibers everywhere. They are likely to scratch softer materials. They are easily removed from the screw on the mandrel. With any type of friction, the "felt" pad rotates freely on the mandrel. Excellent product. I use this as part of my silver polishing process.1. I use Micro Mesh sandpaper. I start with 1000 grit if the scratch is bad and work my way up to 12000.2. I use these felt pads for what I call "rough" polishing above 12000.3. I then use a 10 inch polishing pad with polishing paste to give it the finishing touch. I use silver polish to make it shine. I use them to clean some chrome on a 51 MG TD. The car had been in storage for over 30 years and most of the chrome was rusted or scratched. I used a two speed Dremel tool with wire brushes and then polished the chrome with these polishing pads. I have to admit that I use them well beyond what they were designed for, I'm sure. Some buffs are rough, curved or concave which can leave swirl marks that are VERY DIFFICULT to remove. You always want a flat surface on these wheels, but that's not always the case, especially when they're polished to a mirror finish.
