Don't expect customer service.

If you connect your iPhone via Bluetooth, you can expect it to work as a Bluetooth speaker only. It doesn't ask for a code, doesn't show song info, album art, caller info, and you can't make calls. I asked the recommended email address for help and received nothing. I asked a few questions here only to be contacted via email. I find that the advertisement and the product are not represented correctly. I'm disappointed.
